We have a double room to let in Paynes Road, Shirley (Freemantle), a very nice house sharing with 7 friendly professionals – 3 females and 4 males. Just a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre.
There’s a lounge, leather sofas, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, bike storage and a south-facing garden.
Ultrafast 350MB wireless broadband and all other bills included. There is a one free car parking space and permit parking also available.
The rent is £440 per month and includes all the bills. The deposit is just £250 each.
