We spend more time than many landlords and letting agents to ensure that the quality of the premises is kept to a very high standard to make the tenants’ stay as comfortable as possible.
For most of our properties/rooms bills are included in the rent. By doing this we negate the problems relating to who’s paid what bill and who is responsible for others. We take care of it all to help maintain a positive atmosphere in the house.
There are facilities for washing and drying clothes in every house and most of our houses have dishwashers too. In keeping with our aim of making tenants lives comfortable, we have also installed several extra shower rooms in houses which means there is more time for everyone in the mornings before work.
